◇ Just read — no move neededVCT (Victory by Continuous Threats) is VCF's bigger sibling: a winning chain built from fours AND open threes. The gain: threes are cheaper than fours, so the chains start earlier and reach further. The price: an open three is a threat, not a check — the opponent may answer it with a counter-four of their own instead of blocking. A VCF is proven; a VCT must be checked for counter-fours at every three. When you see both, prefer the VCF.
